I have video issues. What to do? 📽

If you are experiencing any issues with your video it could be related to one of the following reasons:

🌐 Internet connection. Teemyco will notify you during a video call if your internet connection is poor. 
👏 More than 20 people in the same meeting.  
🌄 You are using a background image during the call. In that case, we recommend switching it off and if the issues persist, try to switch the video off if possible.

Please report any quality issues through the Feedback button located inside the app, and select Report a bug so we can have a further look into it for you.
