It says "This email is already used in an existing office" how do I join my company's office ❓

If you were attempting to join your company office but accidentally created your own office, when trying to log in, you'll see "This email is already used in an existing office". Here are the steps to move to your company's existing office:

  • One of the owners from your Company Office needs to send an invite to your email (it can be done from the top menu by clicking on the "Invite" button and entering your email in the "Invite via email" box). Make sure it's an invitation by email, not an Invite Link.


  • You will then receive an email, button "Join the office" needs to be clicked from there.
  • You will see a message "This email is already used in an existing office. To be able to join NEW OFFICE you need to switch your account from the current office. You will lose access to it."
  • Accept Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions and click "Switch Office"
  • Sign in using your credentials
  • You will then see a message "By continuing you will lose access to (Accidental Office Name) and join Teemyco." 
  • Click Join New Office
