Show appreciation and encouragement by awarding a colleague with that kudos hat!

Hover over someone’s avatar, and in their profile popup you have kudos hat options to the downright. Select the hat your colleague deserves 😍.

The hat is available until the end of the next business day, and if you have received more than one hat during that time, you can store it and change it at any given time, by selecting your profile picture on the bottom left corner and clicking on hats in the pop up window.
