What's the difference between the monthly and yearly billing? β
Before selecting "Upgrade" button on our Pricing Page, you'll see 2 different options of billing: monthly and yearly. Here's the difference:
- Pay monthly: the card provided during the process will be charged on a monthly basis, paid in advance for each month, based on the number of active users in the office.
- π If you add a new user to your office, you'll be charged for the number of days that user was actually using the software on the next monthly invoice. Example: you started your subscription on the 1st of the month and you added a new user on the 15th: based on the $8 per user a month price, as this user was using Teemyco for half of the month, you'll see an additional charge of $4 for that user on the next invoice.
- β If you deactivate the user, applying similar logic, that you started the paid subscription on the 1st and deactivated user on the 15th of the month, the amount of $4 will be saved as a balance on your account and used in case you add a new user moving forward or deducted from the monthly charge, the next month.
- π The estimated monthly charge: based on the number of 10 active users and the monthly billing price $8, you'll be charged $80 a month ($8 x 10 users).
- Pay yearly: the card provided during the process will be charged on a yearly basis, paid in advance for a year, based on the number of active users in the office.
- π If you add a new user to your office; you'll be charged for the number of days left until the end of a yearly billing cycle. Example: you started your subscription on the 1st of January and you added a new user on the 1st of July: based on the $6 per user a month price, as this user was using Teemyco for half of the year, your card will be charged at the moment of adding that user automatically for $36;
- β If you deactivate the user; applying similar logic, that you started the paid subscription on the 1st of January and deactivated the user on the 1st of July, the amount of $36 will be saved as a balance on your account and used in case you add a new user moving forward;
- π The estimated yearly charge: based on the number of 10 active users, you'll be charged $720 a year ($6 x 10 users x 12 months).
