✅ Always ensure you have the correct number of users activated. Click on your profile picture on the panel to the left and choose “Office Settings” to activate or deactivate members.
To update your payment method you should go to your main office window, click Your profile icon on top right corner and go to Office Settings.
After that, please go to Billing Tab. You will then see a section for credit card and button below it called: Manage. Please click on it.
You will be redirected to Stripe page where you can "+ Add payment method" and make it default.
